Returns , Refund Policy

Refund, Exchange and Guarantee

At Jaglus, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.

If it becomes necessary that you need to return or exchange a product, please refer to the terms relating to our policy that must be adhered to.

 

Our Policy:

  1. We allow for exchanges or refunds, subject to the terms being adhered to by you.
  2. If the exchange or refund relates to “buyer’s remorse” or simply a size exchange, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the product reaches us within 7 days from date of receipt. It will also be your responsibility that the exchanged product is collected from us. If we must collect (and again deliver) the exchanged product from you, an additional service charge of R250.00 will be payable in advance.
  3. If a refund is required, then you can also elect to have the product delivered to us, or pay an advance service fee of R125.00, in respect of any collection of the product.
  4. Any damaged or “factory fault” items will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
  5. Any damaged or “factory fault” items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase.
  6. In respect of a refund or exchange, proof of purchase may be required, as well as proof of banking details.
  7. Any exchange, replacement or refund will be to the reasonable discretion of Jaglus.
  8. Any exchange, replacement or refund will be subject to the following criteria:

8.1         Proof of purchase is produced;

8.2         Any electronic payment must have cleared in our account;

8.3         The product must be unused;

8.4         The product must be unwashed;

8.5         The product must not have been worn;

8.6         It transpires within 7 days from date of receipt of the product;

8.7         We were notified of your intention or of the fault within 24 hours of receipt of the product;

8.8         All product tags, logos and pricing must be intact and the product may not have been altered in any way; and

8.9         The product must be returned as received, in its original packaging;

  1. Should it occur that you have ordered a product, and it is found not to be in stock, we will notify you within 72 hours of purchase. You will then be provided with the following options:

9.1         The product can be replaced with a similar product;

9.2         To select any other products for equal value;

9.3         To be provided with a full refund; and

9.4         To be provided with the product once received from our supplier.

  1. No refunds will be considered on clearance items.
  2. Once a product returned reaches us, it will be inspected and any faults will be assessed by us and the conclusion of such will be in the sole discretion of Jaglus.
  3. As most of our products are wearables we cannot give any warranty or guarantee any product for any specific period of time.
